ECurve to Usher Chinese New Year with Pop Show

PETALING JAYA – Held every Saturday at 6pm throughout the campaign, fans will be delighted for the chance to catch their favourite acts live with a series of spectacular shows featuring some of Malaysia’s top Chinese artists and singers.

Fans of the Chinese pop genre can now look forward to a month of memorable Chinese pop performances leading up to the festive holidays as eCurve’s Vibrant Vibes – A CNY Pop Show campaign is taking place from January 8 to February 9, 2016.

Held every Saturday at 6pm throughout the campaign, fans will be delighted for the chance to catch their favourite acts live with a series of spectacular shows featuring some of Malaysia’s top Chinese artists and singers.

TV host and singer Gary Yap who have risen to fame as champion of Star Search Singapore and as a former member of boyband PEACE is kicking off eCurve’s month of pop specials. Following his appearance is Malaysian songbird Winnie K, who previously represented the nation at the Asia Bagus championship in Tokyo, emerging second runner-up.

Soulful singer Victor Lee showcasing the talent that earned him a spot as one of the Top 8 finalists on Malaysian Idol with several albums to his name will also take the stage together with One in a Million singing competition winner Suki Low. Last but not least, multi-talented and vivacious performer Janet Lee rounds off the vibrant month of music offering the perfect touch to herald the new lunar year.

Patrons can also enjoy electrifying dance shows every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays with exciting acrobatic lion dance performances to thrill and awe with death-defying stunts at the Piazza. In addition, a cheerful God of Prosperity can also be found around eCurve, giving out candies to lucky visitors to the mall.

Centre Manager of eCurve, Azizul Hisham Ahmad said, “This Chinese New Year, we hope that our patrons will enjoy our line-up of pop performances! These artistes are tremendously talented and eCurve is delighted to host them onstage in celebration of the festive season.”

With vendors and outlets offering Chinese New Year promotions and merchandise ranging from apparels, accessories and even delectable Chinese New Year treats throughout the campaign, shoppers who spend RM150 or above in a maximum of two receipts will be entitled to redeem a Candy Canister and Ang Pow packets courtesy of eCurve.
