Fitness Fun At The Curve

PETALING JAYA – The Curve’s Centre Court will be equipped with mirrors and a range of equipment provided by Fitness First, creating a motivational atmosphere sure to keep participants pumped while exercising.

Visitors to the Curve will soon be able to to take some time off to relax and recharge themselves during its Health and Wellness campaign. In collaboration with Fitness First, the Curve’s Fit, the New Fad campaign will run from April 1 to 10, 2016. The 10-day exercising spree is bound to attract visitors of various fitness levels and ages featuring a gym room concept. The Curve’s Centre Court will be equipped with mirrors and a range of equipment provided by Fitness First, creating a motivational atmosphere sure to keep participants pumped while exercising.

Every Saturdays and Sundays throughout the campaign will see a Fitness Challenge consisting of 10 different challenges of varying difficulty levels. From bike and rowing machines to squats, thrusts, planks, lunges and jumps, the challenges awaiting participants are designed to test endurance, speed and overall fitness.

Participants of the Fitness Challenge will certainly want to push themselves to the limit, with the great prizes that await. The First Prize is an attractive 3-month membership at Fitness First, while three runners-up will win a 1-month membership each. It is worth simply participating in the challenges, as there are 500 vouchers for a free-trial with Fitness First to be won.

By partnering with Fitness First, we can ensure our visitors will benefit from the great classes and instructors available, not to mention the Fitness Challenges. With the activities planned this year, we hope our patrons will enjoy this opportunity to inject some fitness into their lives.”

Besides the Fitness Challenges, shoppers who prefer more interactive workout sessions can also participate in Group Exercises and Freestyle Group Training. The Group Exercises led by qualified Fitness First instructors include a variety of cardio and strength fitness classes for shoppers to choose from such as Body Jam classes for those who love to jive, Body Combat and Body Attack classes for participants looking for a more vigorous activity, and last but not least, Body Balance specially for those interested in finding their inner core and balance.

Shoppers will get a chance to continue their workout at home with a Namaste Yoga Mat complete with a pouch bag for redemption with every minimum spend of RM180 (RM150 for UOB cardmembers) and above in a maximum of two receipts from any outlet at the Curve.
