Grand Opening for 1st Ball Watch Boutique in 1Utama

PETALING JAYA – The brand has presence in over 20 countries with Malaysia being the first concept store to open globally only after China.

With the increasing popularity of Ball watches among customers, AWG Fine Watches launched its first new Ball Watch Concept Store in 1Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya recently.

The boutique officially opened its door on June 27, 2016 at the captivating new retail space occupying about 18sq m at the mall’s new wing (near Maybank), with the store’s interior nominated in black tinted glass – the unique selling point of the brand, Glow In The Dark.

Chen, the grand opening was officiated jointly by AWG Fine Watches executive director C H Liow, general manager Raymond Chu, finance director Callie Liow and Ball Watch Malaysia deputy general manager Evelyn Wong, and witnessed by celebrities, corporate allies, VIP customers and guests and members of the media.

The grand opening kicked off with a Ball Fashion Show by two male models. A traditional lion dance performance was held to get the lion’s blessing for an abundance of good luck in the year and was followed by the official ribbon cutting marking the official launch.

The Ball Concept Store offers customers a wide range of Ball timepieces. The limited edition Ball Fireman Night Train from the Fireman collection which is limited to only 200 pieces is available in Malaysia now at the concept store for a retail price of RM8,300 per piece and comes with a complimentary leather strap.

Ball is no stranger in the Malaysia market having been introduced to Malaysia nearly 12 years ago. The brand has presence in over 20 countries with Malaysia being the first concept store to open globally only after China.
