This dumped baby was lucky to be found alive.
A baby girl, with her umbilical cord still attached, was found on the second floor staircase of a condominium at Puncak Desa Kepong here today. Gombak district deputy police chief Superintendent Rosli Hassan said thebaby was found with blood stains on the head by a security guard at about 6.25am. The guard informed the police, and the baby was taken to the Selayang Hospital where she was reported to be in a stable condition.
