The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has solved 52,919 outstanding summonses until Jan 28, said its director-general Solah Mat Hassan.

The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has solved 52,919 outstanding summonses until Jan 28, said its director-general Solah Mat Hassan.

“The JPJ’s blacklist of traffic violators is activated today as the deadline to settle traffic summonses at a discount ended yesterday,” he said in a statement today.

He said in addition, the Kejara demerit points system was imposed on traffic offenders who settle their summonses from today.
