An unpleasant visit to the Johor Bahru outpatient clinic

The long lunch break at the Johor Bahru Outpatient Hospital is causing a lot of inconvenience and unhappiness among the patients.

A patient, Wu Fook Woon, aged 66, said he got there with his wife at 9.30 in the morning, but wasted half an hour looking for a parking space.

After collecting his number and being treated by a doctor, he got to the dispensary to collect his medicine at 12.  Unfortunately, it was already the closing hours of the hospital, which is from 12.15 to 2.45 p.m.

It was indeed difficult for Wu and his wife, but they decided to wait outside rather then leave. When his wife needed to go to the toilet, they discovered that they couldn’t get in.

She rushed to the toilet when they were allowed in at 2.30 p.m.

Lights and air conditions were not switched on till 2.45 p.m., all were left to sit in the dark without light, air condition or fan.

The experience was indeed an unpleasant one.
