Ansari Abdullah spoke of his invitation for the three candidates of the Batu Sapi by-election for a open debate. BN responed that they would consider, but SAPP Datuk Yong insisted that he would debate with the Chief Minister and Anwar Ibrahim.
Ansari clarified that it was not a debate among political parties but a debate among the three candidates to offer a better alterative for the voters to consider. ” The debate is among the players of the three candidates” he said.
Speaking at the conference were other leaders of Pakatan Rakyat Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, Mahfuz Omar, Tian Chua and Wong Ho Leng.
