Kompleks MPPP Lintang Macallum has 18 booths. Each booth is 10′ x 18′.
The whole block is currently being leased out to a man named Ah Seng from
the hawker’s association for RM1000 per month. He reserves 4 stalls for
personal use and sublets the rest for RM280 each.
According to the tenants there, they initially rented the stalls from MPPP for the same price before it was being leased out.
The tenants also added that elsewhere such stalls were being rented at less than RM50 per month elsewhere
