‘It is not corruption’

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng clarifies that the RM100 for senior citizens scheme that has come into spotlight recently is contributed by tight budgeting and anti corruption measures.

He also stated that the program or the money is not about corruption and no noise of any kind has been made about corruption.

He also referred to Transparency International to solidify the transparency of the state government, while claiming UMNO as ‘jahat’ for creating a controversy about the matter.

He also referred that it was UMNO who tried to hand out sports betting license and not the state government.
