Papar born Junaidi bin Justin, 36-year-old Kadazan boy has since year 2000 suffered adverse consequences as a Malaysian individual whose identity was defrauded by the identity theft literally in the knowledge of National Registration Department(NRD).
His identity has been extensively abused by another “Junaidi bin Justin” as a result of what most considered due to the failure of the NRD in solving his problem since 2003 when he first lodged the complaint.
Worrying for his future, he is contemplating to take legal action against the relevant authorities through a local legal firm.
