The Penang International Science Fair held recently at the Penang International Sports Arena (PISA) attracted more than 5,000 visitors comprising mainly of students and parents.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the one-day fair was a collaborative effort between the state and the Penang Science Council (PSC).
It was also a unique opportunity because the companies generally only showcased what goes on on the inside during industrial fairs. This has allowed the public to take a peek into the technologies used in the respective industrial companies.
