Kuala Lumpur City Hall corporate planning manager Dr Ismail Stapa said in a statement that the closure at Jalan Bunus would take effect from 12.01am to 11.30pm.
Jalan Masjid India will be closed from 2pm to 11.30pm, it said.
The carnival, which involves 150 hawker’s stalls nationwide, will take place from 7am to 12 midnight.
