Kuala Langat police chief Supt Nordin Manan said members of the bomb disposal unit rushed to the foundry after receiving a report from the man, and found the bomb believed to be used for bombardment from a plane during the war.

He said the bomb which was 1.06m high and 0.6m in width was destroyed with the assistance of the bomb disposal unit from the Selangor police contingent headquarters at about 1.40pm.
