Syarikat Air Darul Aman (SADA), confirms that there is no contamination of water in any of the plants owned by them in the surrounding area of Bagan Sena county, Kulim.

SADA CEO, Adzmi Din said that his people would be the first to know of any contamination as water samples are taken every hour and tested for contaminations at every single plant owned by Sada.  He said this following allegations that the Merbok River in the county was contaminated when thousands of fish carcasses were seen along the river.

According to Adzmi, there are two plants in the county of Bagan Sena, one in Kulim Hi-Tech and the other in Pinang Tunggal.

“SADA has checked both plants and neither is contaminated.  The public need not worry as they will be informed of any new developments” he said.

He also said that Sada has informed The Board of Water Resources of the state of this matter.
