Integrating Malaysian film crews with international film productions

The Iskandar Malaysia Creative Industry Talent Development Program (IMCITDP) recently organized a 2-day seminar titled Breaking into International Film Making: Production Assistant in Johor Bahru recently.  More than 80 attended this seminar held in University of Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), Taman Seri Alam, Johor Bahru which was conducted by trainers who are internationally acclaimed industry experts.

The IMCITD program implemented by the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) provides skills training to develop and enable Malaysian film crews to integrate with the large-scale international film productions.  The program offers intensive courses including film-making skills in production management, casting, arts department, location management and management techniques for film.
