Pahang Syariah Court registrar Muhammad Azhari Abd Rahman said the night proceeding was held on the initiative of Syariah High Court judge Rahman Md Yunus to expedite settling of backlog cases.
“It will be trial run to see the response from the public as well as the lawyers because it is their rest time, apart from logistics problems for those staying outside of this district,” he added.
