Citizen Journalists Malaysia, Johor Bahru Chapter, a media partner of Malaysiakini, is conducting a 3-day citizen journalism training course in Taman Molek over the next weekend commencing June 17, 18 and 19, 2011 from 9.00am to 6.00pm daily.
Those who are interested to be a volunteer journalist reporting on community news are encouraged to join the training session.
Participants will be taught the ethics of journalism, basics news reporting, posting news online, blogging, video shooting, editing and posting video online.
