Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) organised a fund raising dinner in Johor Bahru on June 16 which was attended by PKR defacto leader Anwar Ibrahim, PKR chief Chua Jui Meng, Batu MP Tian Chua and other PKR leaders.

During the dinner, Tian Chua narrated on the 225,000 phantoms voters who were registered on the electoral roll who were made up of Bangladeshis, Indonesians, Myanmars and Cambodians .

Not intending to sour the atmosphere, he told those present that they must be vigilant in trying to detect these foreigners on polling day.

He said that when faced with a foreigner with Mykad, they must alert the  polling agent stationed there.

He also spoke about the two pandas on loan from the Chinese government which siphons RM100,000.00 a year.

He said the air conditioned room to house the pandas cost another RM250,000.00 not including the cost of feeding them with air flown bamboo shoots from China.

He said bringing in the pandas is one of the tactics of the government to woo Chinese voters.

When Citizen Journalists Malaysia (CJMY)  asked Tian Chua about PKR’s preparation in Sabah and Sarawak for the 13GE and their chances of forming the next government, he said that they are confident and ready.
