eCurve gives children from Rumah Charis a CNY treat

PETALING JAYA – Some 15 underprivileged children from Rumah Charis were treated to a special outing at eCurve mall

The children from Rumah Charis enjoyed a memorable CNY treat from eCurve. Posing together with the young guests were eCurve management team and performers.

Some 15 underprivileged children from Rumah Charis were treated to a special outing at eCurve mall in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya on 7th Jan 2019.

The event was part of eCurve’s corporate social responsibility program, in conjunction with the coming Chinese New Year which falls on 5th Feb.

The children were treated to a musical dance performance and acrobatic show at the centre atrium, an acrobatic lion dance held outside the mall entrance and a hearty meal at Pak John Steamboat and BBQ.

The children from Rumah Charis excited to receive Chinese New Year goodies and Ang Pow packets from Gina Long Ahmad, assistant general manager, leasing and advertising & promotions.

Gina Long Ahmad, leasing and advertising & promotions assistant general manager presented the children with Chinese New Year gifts of goodie bags and Ang Pow packets.

“The community holds a special place in our hearts, which is why every festive season we always try to share the good fortune with those who need it most. This year we are happy to share this happy occasion with the children from Rumah Charis and treat them to a memorable Chinese New Year celebration. I hope that they enjoyed the Chinese courtyard house recreated at eCurve along with the thrilling performances,” she said.

Rumah Charis Children Home located at Taman Yarl, Kuala Lumpur provides care for orphans and also for underprivileged, neglected and single-parent children.
