Miss CosmoWorld 2020 pageant goes online

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many pageants around the world to make the switch from physical to virtual events due to social and travel restrictions.

Joining the list is Miss CosmoWorld Pageant which will be entirely virtual in this year’s edition.

Carrie Lee Sze Kei, founder and organiser of Miss CosmoWorld Pageant said: “We are delighted that this year’s pageant will be hosted virtually to an online audience. We are inviting beautiful and intelligent women from all over the world to participate in this exciting opportunity to achieve their dreams.”

Miss CosmoWorld founder Carrie Lee Sze Kei announced that the pageant will be held online.

The competition is fulfilling, embodying this year’s pageant theme: Contribute Back to Society. Happy, Love & Care.

“We are looking for contestants from 20 participating countries around the world in this year’s competition. Contestants will compete online for the crown of Miss CosmoWorld 2020 from their own home in their country,” Lee said.

The grand final will take place on 30th December 2020 to be live streamed on Miss CosmoWorld Facebook via Zoom. The event will include an exclusive pre-show on 19th December 2020.

Over RM50,000 worth of Louis Vuitton products and prizes courtesy of the event sponsors await the winners.
