Miss Malaysia Kebaya (MMK) organization announced the soft launch of ‘Top 100 Talents Magazine’; a new magazine that will help to recognize and acknowledge exceptional talents of individuals who have made significant contributions to the country’s prosperity.

It was launched on 11 April 2021 at Fahrenheit 88 shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur by Tourism Malaysia Central Region director Mohd Izal Mahd Nor, who represented Tourism Malaysia director-general Zulkifly Md Said.

Mohd Izal said the efforts by Miss Malaysia Kebaya to preserve the country’s diverse culture and to get more people involved in the process are highly commendable.

“We at Tourism Malaysia are open to supporting MMK’s initiatives. We hope that the ‘Top 100 Talents Magazine’ will inspire more people to play a part in making Malaysia a better place for everyone,” he said.

“We are proud the talents featured in ‘Top 100 Talents Magazine’ are people who have contributed significantly to the country and are the pride of Malaysia. They deserve all the recognition coming their way and we aim to inspire and motivate others to take a step towards making Malaysia even greater,” he said.

Jason is confident and optimistic for Top 100 Talents Magazine to ride high and enjoy great success despite the change in the landscape of magazine industry due to advancement in digital technologies and popularization of social media.

“We will think outside the box and create unique and interesting contents, something unusual and surprising, that differentiate us from others.”

According to Jason, Top 100 Talents will be supporting the ‘Victims Voice For Anti-Harassment’ campaign, a CSR initiative by Miss Malaysia Kebaya to raise awareness, educate and empower victimized women to voice out, have access to justice and fair treatment.

MMK co-founder Nicole Fe Lynne said they are proud to support and acknowledge talented individuals.

“With the strong support from MOTAC and our strategic partners for Top 100 Talents, we are able to grow and build a legacy by collaborating with talented and skilled individuals in Malaysia as we appreciate their talents and contribution to the industry locally and internationally.”

The launch event was carried out under the current conditional movement control order (CMCO) with strict adherence to the health standard operating procedures (SOP) set by the government to curb Covid-19.
