What other great way to beat Malaysia’s tropical heat if not by indulging in a thirst-quenching concoction of shaved ice with lots of plenty of juicy fruits, topped with a light drizzle of condensed milk?

Due to an overwhelming response from the public, a local dessert stall, Fruitland, is now available at the Ikano Power Center, Mutiara Damansara.

The grand launching of the event took place last Sunday, in the presence of local artist Mandy Chen.

As an initiative to forge closer ties with its customers, Fruitland will also introduce a membership card that charges RM12 for two years, where customers are entitled to exclusive members’ privileges like discounts.

Fruitland has also pledged to donate 50% of the membership fee collected to the Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Klang, Selangor, under the Charity Carnival organised by Hai Yun.

As a gesture of gratitude towards its loyal customers, Fruitland honoured some first 50 guests who walked into the new stall with a bowl of complimentary fruity lolo.

Apart of the mouth-watering desserts, Fruitland also offers a great variety of delicacies such as Nasi Lemak, pasta and steaks.

This is Fruitland’s eighth outlet.

The ninth outlet is scheduled to be opened in Subang’s SS15 soon.
