Of late, social experiment videos have become a popular sub-genre used by content creators to show how humans think and act in a situation.
The video, now available on MBSB’s social media, has garnered the netizen’s attention. Within three days, the video garnered more than 100,000 views.
The two and half minute video features an older man driving in a Red Proton car adorned with the Malaysia flag in various parts of Kuala Lumpur.
The video starts with a question, how far will people go to help someone they do not know?
The social experiment of MBSB video
The first part of the MBSB video is the scene depicting the set-up of the video.
The set-up begins with a montage of a man driving an old car through various parts of the city, and the car stops abruptly in the middle of the road.
The second part of the video is where the video seeks to reveal the reaction of people.
Initially, the man pushed the car alone while being watched by bystanders — some seemed to be taking photos or videos on their phones.
The reaction expected in this part will answer the question posed at the start of the MBSB video. Will anyone come forward to help him?
