The last 20 sub-lot owners of factories located on agricultural land have to come forward by the end of next month in order for the whole Sungai Penaga Industrial Park in USJ Subang Jaya be converted to Industrial land.
The 20 have to pay RM 25,000 each being the premium to convert their sub-lots of agricultural to industrial use. Sungai Penaga Industrial Park association chairman Phoo Sai Hoong urged the 20 owners to give co-operations before the 50% premium discount granted by the state government expires in August.

“But we are extending the period to the end of next month based on the requests of the association,” Ean Yong said at a press conference with Subang Jaya assemblyperson Hannah Yeoh and the factories owners.
“Once their factories are legalized, they are entitled toapply for for insurances, loans and ISO recognitions besides having their properties appreciated,”
