Helpless Riders Describe 15-Minute Nightmare
In Jaclyn’s video, she explained that the Samba Gliders ride suffered a technical glitch that abruptly halted the attraction’s operation, leaving riders suspended in the air, clinging to their seats. Disturbing footage captured the moments when helpless riders hung precariously from the top of the ride’s track, anxiously awaiting rescue.
Jaclyn shared her own disappointment as she revealed that the ride had been abruptly closed just before her scheduled turn. The video, which was subsequently reposted on Twitter, drew widespread attention and shock from viewers.
Another alarming video surfaced on the X social media platform, posted by a user named Arif, showing the Samba Gliders ride stuck midway through its course. This incident clearly placed the lives of the stranded riders in grave danger.
Eyewitness accounts from the victims detailed the terror they experienced during their 15-minute ordeal. Trapped in freezing rain, unable to open their eyes, and surrounded by the constant fear of falling, they screamed for help relentlessly.
One of the victims shared their sentiments in the video’s caption: “New fear officially unlocked, first and worst experience theme park ride ever.” Their frustration also extended to the park’s management, as they criticized the slow response in providing assistance and ensuring their safety during the crisis.
“They could have immediately sent people to give us an umbrella when they noticed there were technical issues, but nothing happened for 15 minutes; we were left freezing and clueless,” the victim lamented.
