AJ Law Obdam triumphs with captivating portrayal
After three intense rounds, AJ Law Obdam emerged as the Champion for the Pa Sang Cosplay Party 7.0. His portrayal of Ms Hina/Gorou from Genshin Impact earned him accolades for capturing the characters’ nuanced traits and showcasing remarkable versatility in performance. AJ Law Obdam took home RM1,500 worth of cash and prizes, securing his second championship win in ARA malls cosplay competitions.
The first runner-up position was claimed by Prince Alter Ego, who captivated the audience with a skit as Hayabusa from Mobile Legends Bang Bang, earning RM1,000 worth of cash and prizes. Psycho secured the second runner-up title, embodying Guts of Berserk with awe-inspiring props and makeup, and earning RM500 worth of rewards.
The event wasn’t just a stage for seasoned cosplayers; it also celebrated the youngest talents. Five-year-old Allysha Raihana Binti Allashari, portraying Captain Hook from Peter Pan, stole hearts with her performance, earning RM600 worth of cash and prizes in the Junior Cosplay Competition. In the Junior category, a three-year-old cosplaying Olaf from Frozen stole the spotlight with a charming reindeer companion, showcasing an adorable act that delighted both the audience and judges.
