Two owners of a tuition centre in Serdang Perdana, Seri Kembangan are claiming that six Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) enforcement officers demanded a bribe of RM200 as an inducement to refrain them from issuing summonses for an offence committed.
The women also claimed that the officers had used foul language and demanded the RM200 “duit kopi” for illegally displaying three banners while issuing another summons for a fourth banner at the premises.
