This restaurant was reviewed by The Star about 2 weeks ago and I’ve been eagerly waiting to try it out. Out of ideas for lunch this morning, I suggested going to Bijou.
Occupying what was formerly Flinders, Bijou is located at Mont Kiara Damai, right below Energy Day Spa. It didn’t look all too fancy from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the restaurant. It’s done up mainly in whites, with whitewashed wooden floors and splashes of fuschia. The restaurant is bright and airy, and the tables are spaced far apart, giving it a very relaxed feel…just like a restaurant you would expect to find next to a beach!
