HEINEKEN Malaysia launches Global Graduate Program

Heineken Malaysia Berhad (HEINEKEN Malaysia) has officially launched its Global Graduate Program, offering an unparalleled opportunity for ambitious Malaysian graduates to accelerate their careers in a global setting.

The program, which is accepting applications until 23 September 2024, marks a new chapter for the brewer, now offering graduates the chance to work across HEINEKEN’s international operating companies for the first time.

A Truly Global Experience

Previously a regional initiative, the Global Graduate Program has now expanded to provide a truly global experience, enabling participants to rotate across various countries. Graduates will have the opportunity to gain experience in one of HEINEKEN’s core functions, such as Supply Chain, Commerce (Sales or Marketing), Digital & Technology, and Finance.

The three-year program is structured with two six-month rotations in Malaysia and one international rotation, followed by an 18-month assignment back in Malaysia. Upon completing the program, successful candidates will be placed in management roles, fast-tracking their careers to senior managerial positions in record time.

Who Can Apply?

HEINEKEN Malaysia’s Global Graduate Program seeks graduates who possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields, including Supply Chain, Commerce (Sales or Marketing), Digital & Technology, and Finance. Candidates are not required to have specific work experience but may have up to one year of post-graduation experience, excluding internships. Proficiency in English and legal work rights in Malaysia are essential, while applicants must be ready for global mobility.
