Drinkies by HEINEKEN Malaysia wins two awards at the Asian Experience Awards 2024 for elevating e-commerce with innovative at-home and bar experiences.

Drinkies, the pioneering Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platform developed by Heineken Malaysia Berhad (HEINEKEN Malaysia), has secured two prestigious awards at the Asian Experience Awards 2024 in Singapore.

Recognized for its creative and impactful initiatives in enhancing customer experiences, Drinkies won both the Malaysia Product Experience of the Year and Malaysia Service Experience of the Year awards in the e-commerce category. To celebrate this achievement, Drinkies is offering consumers a 10% discount on its Draught Beer Packages until October 30, 2024.

Award-Winning experiences

Drinkies has been recognized for two key initiatives that reimagine the consumer experience. For the Malaysia Product Experience of the Year award, the Draught Beer Party Package was highlighted as an innovative service designed to bring the atmosphere of a pub directly to home gatherings.
