The Curve marks 20th year with Christmas wonderland extravaganza

The Curve celebrates 20th Anniversary with the ‘Gift of Joy’ Christmas Campaign, featuring festive activities, snowfall, prizes, and CSR initiatives.

The Curve, a staple in Malaysia’s retail landscape, is celebrating its 20th Anniversary with an enchanting ‘Gift of Joy’ Christmas Campaign. Running from November 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, this milestone blends festive cheer with nostalgic reflections, offering visitors a chance to revel in the spirit of giving and community.

“For the past 20 years, the Curve has been a place where friendships flourish, families create memories, and communities come together,” said Ms Elaine, Centre Manager of the Curve. “This year’s ‘Gift of Joy’ campaign holds special meaning as it coincides with our 20th Anniversary. It is our way of thanking everyone who has been part of our journey while also spreading the magic of Christmas and creating new memories with our visitors.”

Anchored by dazzling decorations at its Centre Court, highlighted by a towering display of vibrant presents, the Curve aims to evoke the anticipation and joy synonymous with the holiday season. The Western Courtyard adds a touch of winter magic with its “Jingle Snow” experience, treating visitors to 15-minute snowfall sessions on selected weekends and Christmas Day.

Exciting Activities for the Whole Family

The campaign is packed with festive performances and family-friendly activities. Weekends come alive with whimsical musical acts, soulful carollers, an angelic choir, and the beats of a grand marching band. The Kids Craft Corner offers young visitors creative workshops such as ornament and cookie decorating, Santa hat-making, and a storytime corner filled with festive tales.

Adding to the nostalgic journey is the ‘Then & Now’ social media contest, encouraging shoppers to recreate cherished moments at the Curve. This initiative highlights the mall’s legacy as a beloved destination for unforgettable experiences.

For shoppers, the Gift with Purchase (GWP) programme provides added excitement, with a chance to win daily surprises from the Giant Advent Calendar display upon spending RM350 or more.

Spreading Joy

In line with the festive spirit, the Curve has introduced the ‘Spread Joy, Share Love’ initiative to support Rumah Hope. A special visit on December 19, 2024, will see children from Rumah Hope enjoying a day of Christmas celebrations. A Food & Gift Bank Station at the mall allows shoppers to donate essential items, ensuring these children feel the warmth of the season.

To mark its 20th Anniversary, the Curve is also hosting a Grand Lucky Draw on December 14, 2024, with prizes such as a Honda WR-V, a London travel package, and a Sony 65-inch Smart TV. Other prizes include a luxurious sofa, a PlayStation 5, and BHP petrol vouchers, making the campaign even more memorable.
