After four action-packed weeks across Peninsular and East Malaysia, the Under Armour x EST Youth Basketball Clinic is set to make its final stop this weekend at MABA Stadium, Kuala Lumpur. Scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, 2 and 3 August 2025, the clinic has been a mobile platform for youth engagement in basketball since its launch on 17 May.
The nationwide initiative has provided aspiring players the opportunity to sharpen their skills under the guidance of top coaches. With Kuala Lumpur as its grand finale, the clinic offers one last chance for young talents to take part in a high-impact, professionally run basketball program.
Two age categories, 100 slots only
Led by Tan Ee Shya, National Women’s Basketball Coach and Under Armour Ambassador, the final session will feature a mix of dynamic drills, performance-based training, and team play. The program is divided into two youth age groups: 12 years and under, and 18 years and under, with a total of 100 places available.
The hands-on sessions are designed not just for beginners, but also for advanced players looking to further develop their game in a competitive yet encouraging environment. The clinic also serves as an ideal platform for parents seeking meaningful and energetic weekend activities for their children.
Top performers to compete in China
Participants will have the chance to qualify for the UA Basketball Combine Challenge, a competitive assessment where top talents are scouted. One male and one female standout will be selected to represent Malaysia at the Under Armour Curry Experience in China. The exclusive, all-expenses-paid trip includes flights, accommodation, and participation in the first-ever Curry Con—an immersive basketball fan experience.
Registration for the final Kuala Lumpur clinic is still open. Interested participants can sign up through the official registration link.
