CapitaLand Investment launches CapitaPlus, a digital multi-rewards hub designed to boost shopper engagement and empower retailers in a digital era.

CapitaLand Investment (CLI), a global real asset manager, today announced the launch of CapitaPlus, a digital multi-rewards and engagement hub designed to enhance the shopping experience across its portfolio of malls in Malaysia. Going live on 3 October 2025, CapitaPlus underscores CLI’s commitment to digital innovation, sustainable practices and an agile retail strategy that meets evolving market needs.

More than a rewards programme, CapitaPlus connects physical and digital shopping in an intuitive, mobile-friendly platform. It integrates shopping, multi-rewards, and redemptions into one single hub, offering customers a smooth and rewarding experience every time they visit a CapitaLand mall in Malaysia.

The launch of this new digital experience marks an important milestone as CapitaLand Group (CapitaLand) celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2025. Since its formation in 2000, CapitaLand has been at the forefront of innovation, consistently embracing digital transformation to boost operational efficiency and creating a more seamless and rewarding experience for its shoppers and retailers.

Starting in October, shoppers can sign up for free, shop at any participating CapitaLand malls, and upload their receipts to instantly unlock a variety of rewards, including e-vouchers and exclusive promotions. Over the next six to eight months, CapitaPlus will continue to expand its features to offer automated lucky draw entries, enhanced privileges for Kids’ Club members and tourists, as well as parking and cash rebates. By transitioning to digital redemptions, the platform enhances operational efficiency and supports CLI’s sustainability goals by reducing paper usage.

For retail partners, CapitaPlus is a powerful engagement tool. Through e-vouchers, targeted campaigns and timely insights, the platform has the ability to drive in-store sales and strengthen interactions between shoppers and tenants. From 3 October to 2 November 2025, shoppers who sign up for CapitaPlus and participate in the “Top Spender Takes Off with Asean Explorer Pass Campaign” will stand a chance to win a coveted AirAsia ASEAN Explorer Pass, which offers unlimited flights across ASEAN for one year. The top seven spenders at each participating mall will be named winners.
