Taman Tai Kheng located just 5 minutes away from the Kulaijaya main road and the railway reserve road.
The residents had made numerous complaints to the Kulai Municipal council (MPK) since 1975.
Among the complaints forwarded by the residents are;
- The approval site of plan was missing.
- The vacant playground seem like occupied by the private warehouse store outlet.
- The proposal of the low cost housing is occupied by the illegal workshop and houses.
- The drainage was clogged seriously and floods during rain at certain household units especially at Jalan Terkumbar 1.
- The septic tank piping outlet, the human waste water just flows out to the lower soil drainage which are link together to Taman On.
- Soil erosion seriously at the drainage and rubbish was clogged with uncut grass.
- No fire hydrant along Jalan Ketumbar 1 and 2.
