Praise dance hits Malaysian shores

Praise dance hits Malaysian shores

The Praise Dance originated from Taiwan.  Created by a ballet teacher, her first DVD of dances accompanied by songs, attracted a huge following.

Her dance exercises are accompanied by delightful songs.  The exercises are a variety of stretching, low and high impact movements.

Suitable for young and old,  the praise dance has followers all over Malaysia.  In Johor Bahru,  there are groups in Taman Megah Ria, Taman Pelangi, Taman Johor Jaya and others.
