Minister in Prime Minister Department, Koh Tsu Koon, Penang Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng and the state leadership from both Pakatan Rakyat and Barisan Nasional were among the who’s who attended the function.
The guest of honor was Muhyidin Yasin, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia.
