Jimmy Leow Beng HockTucked in between Kampung Malabar and Chulia Street, Penang, one will find a nameless lane where residents had to endure pitiful living conditions. They claimed that no one cares for them including the local council and their landlord.
A resident told CJ Jimmy Leow that MPPP has not collected rubbish for the past 5 years… some said the landlord of these row of “huts” do not care less about the deteriorating living conditions.
