Edmund Lee Tat WengThe Air Itam Penang, Tua Pek Kong Anniversary Temple dinner is held yearly to commomerate the 42nd anniversary of the temple. This anniversary temple dinner was attended by Adun Air Itam Wong Hon Wai, MP Bukit Bendera Liew Chin Tong, Adun Air Putih Lim Guan Eng and other Air Itam constituents as well.
Adun Air Putih Lim Guan Eng had reiterated to the 30 demonstrators that gathered outside the airport protesting against the decision by the state government in giving the RM 100 to the senior citizen above 60 years, that the gambling outlets is approved by the Federal Government and not the state government.
