The Perak state Human Rights Party chief P Ramesh, lodged a police report on July 1 against Prime Minister Najib Razak, his deputy Muhyiddin Yassin, who is also education minister, and Higher Education Minister Mohd Khaled Nordin for failing to award JPA scholarships, PTPTN study loans, matriculation and university placements for students of ethnic Indian origin, who had done well in their examinations.
