The Penang State Government feted Nicol Ann David and Lee Chong Wei to a special appreciation dinner attended by the Governor, Chief Minister and other state officials on March 22, 2010 at the State Legislative Building.
Both champions received a surprise incentive of RM20,000.
Also present at the dinner were Nicol’s parents, Chong Wei’s mother and siblings as well as Eddy Choong.
