Two districts affected by water supply disruptions

According to a statement released by Syarikat Air Johor here, today, two districts in Johor namely Johor Bahru and Muar will face water supply disruption on February 23, 2012 for fourteen hours from 10am to 12 midnight due to some maintenance works that need to be carried at the respective district water treatment plant.

The affected areas in Johor Bahru district are Taman Desa Cemerlang and its industrial area, Taman Tropika industrial area, Taman Desa Harmoni, Taman Saujana, Plentong, Taman Johor Jaya (Jalan Anggerik and Jalan Dedap), Jalan Masai Lama & Baru.

Whereas in the district of Muar, the affected areas are Jalan Temenggong Ahmad area, Parit Kassim to Parit Jawa, Benteng and Pekan Parit Jawa.

Residents and the business communities have been advised to store adequate water during the period.
