The second Penang Bridge is fast taking shape as a visit to Penang in September 2011 revealed. The Bridge will link Batu Maung on the island to Batu Kawan on the mainland. Construction cost is expected to be RM3 billion and the total length of the bridge will be 24 km making it the longest bridge in Malaysia. Completion date is expected to be ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂby end 2013.
