GEORGETOWN, PENANG – A group of volunteers set out to the streets of Georgetown, Penang to provide food and drinks for the homeless.
Lawrence Cheah and wife prepared 100 packets of warm food and distributed to homeless who were seen gathering at the corridors, bus terminals and on the streets.
Despite getting a sense of satisfaction by providing food to the homeless, the volunteers are sad to see people in such a state of need in the modern city like Georgetown, Penang.
