JOHOR BAHRU – 130 children were filled with joy and delight when Santa Claus dished out presents at the Today’s Mall in Ulu Tiram, Johor, courtesy of nine Lions Clubs.

On Sunday,  29 December  2013, 130 children were filled with joy and delight when Santa Claus dished out presents at the Today’s Mall in Ulu Tiram, Johor,  courtesy of nine Lions Clubs.

It was certainly a morning of peace, joy and delight when children of the three main races mixed together and had a good time watching the Disney movie Frozen, playing games and eating together.

The  project was jointly organised by nine Lions Clubs namely, the Lions  Club  of  JB  Metro,  the Lions  Club  of  JB  Mandarin, the Lions  Club  of  JB  Host,  the Lions  Club  of  JB  Tanjung  Petri,  the Lions  Club  of  JB  Permas  Jaya,  the Lions  Club  of  JB  City,  the Lions  Club  of  JB  Taman Gaya,  the Lions  Club  of  Skudai and the Lions  Club  of  Tiram  City.

Grand Esteem Sdn Bhd the  Management  of  the Today’s Mall had  generously  provided   a  stage  at  its premises in Ulu  Tiram  including   PA  System,  Chairs,   &  lunch  packages  free  of  charge  as  well  as  arranged  a  special  package  deal  for  viewing  the  Disney  Movie  “FROZEN”  at  Superstar  Cinema   on  the  1st Floor  of  the mall.   The clubs also managed  to  get  donations  from  Apollo  Food  Holding  Bhd  for  goody  bags,  gifts  such as  stationery,  drinks,  other  items  and  cash from  some   generous   private  donors.

5   Agama  Buddhist  Monjusri  Home, Taman Daya, Johor Bahru
