Springlab Distribution Sdn. Bhd. (Springlab) took centre stage at the International Hospitality Housekeeping & Laundry Summit (IHHS) Malaysia 2025, presenting its cutting-edge lineup of automation and robotic solutions tailored for the evolving hospitality landscape.
Held at the newly opened Courtyard Kuala Lumpur South by Marriott, the full-day summit was officiated by Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, YB Datuk Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan. The event gathered over 200 local and international delegates from countries including Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and the Maldives.
Revolutionising hospitality with robotics
Springlab’s participation underscored its commitment to advancing innovation in hotel and resort operations. Among the technologies on display were:
- PanjatPro – a high-rise window cleaning robot designed to ensure safety and efficiency in exterior maintenance.
- Smart Chef – an intelligent assistant that enables automated cooking functions in commercial kitchens.
- DREAME Pool Cleaning Robot – a smart, efficient solution for maintaining pool hygiene.
- Delivery Robot – an autonomous indoor courier system for seamless guest service.
- Smart Vending Machines – equipped with intelligent features for 24/7 guest access to amenities.
Managing Director of Springlab, Dato’ Sri Delssohn Lim, expressed enthusiasm for the summit’s role in driving the sector forward. “We are proud to be part of IHHS 2025 and to contribute to the industry’s evolution with our smart robotics lineup. Elevating Malaysia’s hospitality ecosystem
The summit also served as a key platform to reinforce Malaysia’s standing as a regional hub for hospitality excellence and innovation. Organised in collaboration with the Malaysian Association of Housekeepers (MAHIR), the event highlighted the association’s role in elevating professional standards and successfully drawing international participation, reflecting the country’s growing credibility in building a high-quality, globally recognised hospitality ecosystem.
