As the first state to introduce such a programme, Penang is paving the way for other states to follow.

The professional certification offers hairdressers a chance to advance their careers, contribute to the economy, and elevate the industry’s standards.

With its forward-thinking initiatives, Penang is ensuring that its hairdressing industry thrives in both skill and recognition.
