LEGO and Formula 1 unveil first-ever LEGO F1 collection

LEGO and Formula 1 launch their first-ever F1 sets, featuring all 10 teams, realistic race cars, pit stops, and exclusive collectibles from 1 March 2025.

The LEGO Group and Formula 1 have announced the launch of an exciting new range of LEGO F1 sets, set to hit stores worldwide from 1 March 2025. This highly anticipated release follows the strategic partnership between the two brands in 2024, uniting motorsport and LEGO fans like never before.

For the first time, all ten F1 teams will be represented in LEGO’s extensive product lineup, spanning LEGO Speed Champions, LEGO City, and LEGO DUPLO. The collection caters to enthusiasts of all ages, from seasoned collectors to young builders just discovering the world of Formula 1.

Among the highlights are the LEGO Speed Champions sets, which feature realistic replicas of 2024’s F1 race cars, including the McLaren MCL38, Mercedes-AMG W15, and Williams Racing FW46. These sets boast authentic cockpit designs, wider rear tires, sponsor stickers, and driver minifigures, offering an immersive experience for fans who want to display or race their models.

For those looking to recreate the intensity of a Grand Prix weekend, LEGO City introduces pit stop, garage, and starting grid playsets, featuring Ferrari, Mercedes-AMG, Alpine, VCARB, and Sauber cars. These sets bring the bustling energy of F1 race preparation to life, complete with transport trucks, pit crew figures, and interactive repair stations.

Meanwhile, the LEGO DUPLO F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers set introduces the sport to younger fans with customisable race cars, a starting grid, and a podium, fostering creativity and early learning.

Exclusive LEGO Technic and Icons Sets

Beyond family-friendly play, adult LEGO enthusiasts can look forward to detailed LEGO Technic and LEGO Icons sets, featuring some of F1’s most iconic cars. The Oracle Red Bull Racing RB20 and Ferrari SF-24 sets provide a deeper building experience, offering intricate details such as a working steering wheel, adjustable spoilers, and a V6 engine with spinning MGU-H. The Ferrari SF-24 set, in particular, is a 1:8 scale replica that captures the advanced engineering of modern F1 vehicles.

For fans of F1 history, LEGO Icons introduces the Williams Racing FW14B & Nigel Mansell edition, celebrating one of the sport’s most legendary race cars from the 1992 Formula 1 World Championship.

Additionally, starting 1 June 2025, LEGO will launch F1 Collectible Race Cars, featuring all ten F1 teams in mystery boxes priced at RM19.90 each, allowing fans to build their own personal F1 garage.
