This year, the French beer brand has partnered with renowned French artist Camille Walala to introduce a fresh, contemporary take on timeless traditions, infusing celebrations with her signature bold geometry and vibrant palette.
The 1664 x Walala artist-edition showcase aims to elevate casual gatherings into joyful, design-inspired celebrations. Known for her immersive installations and explosive use of colour, Walala brings a spirited reinterpretation of 1664’s iconic blue-and-white identity — turning the can into a limited-edition collectible with a pop of Parisian flair.

Malaysia-exclusive ‘Blue Christmas’ experience
While the collaboration rolls out regionally, Malaysia will enjoy its own exclusive celebration. Inspired by Walala’s visual language, 1664 is introducing A Very EXTRAordinary Blue Christmas, an immersive and playful showcase happening from 12–19 December at The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur.
The experience draws from Walala’s distinctive artistic style — known for transforming city facades, interiors, and everyday spaces through colour and form — reimagined here to amplify 1664’s trademark blue with festive vibrancy.
“I’ve always been drawn to the spirit of celebration and the power of colour to evoke joy,” said Walala. “Working with 1664 gave me the opportunity to channel that spirit into a design that feels fun, expressive, and full of life—perfect for the upcoming festive season and Lunar New Year gatherings.”
Festive collectibles and nationwide availability
To complement the collaboration, customers can redeem an exclusive 1664 x Walala umbrella by purchasing 1664 products in-store or online at participating outlets. The stylish, limited-edition accessory is available nationwide from November to December 2025, while stocks last.

The special artist-edition cans are already available at major retailers across Malaysia, including Lotus’s, AEON, Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer, Food Merchant, BIG, Shopee, and GrabMart.
