The body, which was wrapped with a carpet, was stumbled upon by residents at about 7.30pm, said Petaling Jaya police chief ACP Arjunaidi Mohamed when contacted.
He said the victim believed to be a local in his 30s was suspected to have been murdered and the body was sent to the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre for a post-mortem.
