Ultimate prize for the first Miss Virtual Malaysia 2019 winner

KUALA LUMPUR – The inaugural Miss Virtual Malaysia beauty pageant will reward its first winner with a prize package worth more than RM64,000

Regal Global Nine Network Sdn Bhd announced the 15 finalists for the Miss Virtual Malaysia 2019 pageant on Sept 5 at a press conference held at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, the official venue sponsor. 

The 15 finalists of Miss Virtual Malaysia 2019 (MVM19) pageant were unveiled at the press conference together with the announcement of MVM19 official sponsors and final prizes for the winners at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur on September 5, 2019.

Ranging from 18 to 27 years of age, the finalists from various backgrounds and hailed from Johor, Selangor, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur were shortlisted after the audition from Top 40 contestants selected through its online submissions.

The inaugural Miss Virtual Malaysia beauty pageant will reward its first winner with a prize package worth more than RM64,000 along with the crown and sash. She will be crowned on September 26 at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.

“The grand final event is set for 26 September at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur promising a fierce competition for the crown, sash and its rewarding prizes,” said Miss Virtual Malaysia national director Darwish Roslee.

Miss Virtual Malaysia 2019 winner will get RM40,000 in cash, a trip worth RM16,000 for two to any ASEAN destinations, aesthetic product worth RM5,000 from RX Clinic, beauty product worth RM3,000 from Poise MD, a premium Seiko watch from AWG Fine Watches and a 1-year ambassador contract deal from AWG Fine Watches.

The first and second runners-up will be receiving cash RM21,000 and RM13,000 respectively and other goodies from sponsors.

There will also be cash prize of RM1,200 for each subsidiary title winner for Miss Congeniality, Miss Popularity, Miss Photogenic, Miss Elegant, Miss Best Catwalk and Miss Best Talent.

Darwish said Miss Virtual Malaysia pageant hoped to create a platform for all women to stand against differences in religions and creeds, whilst transforming the pageant into an international success.

Miss Virtual Malaysia upholds its “virtual” experience through digital and social media platforms to reach out to the masses and caters to the generations who are digitally savvy and literate.

“Through combined qualities and admirable characters, Miss Virtual Malaysia will be able to inspire, empower and spread positive influence to those around them and the rests of the world.

“We aim to create a sustainable international platform and achieve international prosperity and growth. Miss Virtual Malaysia serves as the female foundation to build a powerful, influential and sustainable icons for the next generations.

“Through the ASEAN network, it paves the way towards sustainable international platform and forging new bilateral ties that strengthen the players within the region across social, political and economy interests,” he said.

There will be a series of activities prepared for the finalists including Preliminary and Talent Night, MVM19 Fun Run on 23 Sept and MVM19 KL Tour Hop-on Hop-off on 24 Sept, leading up to the grand finale on Sept 26.

Miss Virtual Malaysia 2019 is organized by Regal Global Nine Network Sdn Bhd (RG9), a professional services company and RG9 intends to promote the brand of “Miss Virtual” throughout the ASEAN countries especially in Thailand, Cambodia, and Indonesia through its business partners and associates.
